宗谷（そうや）は、海上保安庁の砕氷船。巡視船としての船番号は PL107。前身の大日本帝国海軍特務艦時代も含めて昭和期の多くの歴史的事件に関わり、特に1956年から1962年まで南極観測船（初代）を務め日本の南極観測事業の礎を築いたことで広く知られる。
海上保安庁の船としては現存する唯一の保存船で、現存する数少ない（見方によっては唯一の）帝国海軍艦船でもある。（ 三笠は、ワシントン海軍軍縮条約によって軍艦籍から除かれた後、岸壁に固定され「工作物」の扱いとなっている。）
